Key benchmark indices opened on a firm note, extending two-day gains, on positive global cues. The Sensex hit its highest level in more than a month. The MSCI Asia Pacific Index hit a six-week high today while the Dow Jones industrial average advanced to its highest close in 14 months on Tuesday as worries over Dubai World's debt problems receded. The BSE 30-share Sensex was up 62.17 points or 0.36%, off 69.24 points from the day's high but up 33.95 points from the day's low
